Role Overview:
Trevett Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider. This is a mobile role supporting a portfolio of retail, fast food, and commercial sites, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (18th Edition) with additional experience in air conditioning and commercial gas systems, offering a well-rounded, multi-skilled approach.
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Service, fault find, and repair air conditioning systems (splits, VRV/VRF)
- Perform maintenance and compliance checks on commercial gas systems
- Undertake electrical maintenance, including fault finding and minor works
Qualifications:
- NVQ / City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
- F-Gas / Air Conditioning qualification
- Commercial Gas Tickets (COCN1 or equivalent)
- Proven experience working within a mobile FM / building services role
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working within retail or fast food environments
- Additional building services qualifications
