We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a leading maintenance service provider, covering a portfolio of commercial and retail sites across West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to work within a well-established team delivering high-quality maintenance services across a varied estate.
The role will involve a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works, with occasional support across other building services where required.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems
- Attend and rectify reactive electrical faults in a timely manner
- Perform fault finding, testing, and inspection across commercial environments
- Ensure compliance with all current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Support with minor mechanical or fabric tasks when required
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Proven experience in a mobile role within commercial environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 2391 Test & Inspection (or equivalent)
- Experience within FM / building services environments
- Basic mechanical knowledge (AHUs, FCUs, pumps etc.)
