Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading facilities management provider to recruit an experienced Mobile Drainage Engineer covering commercial client sites across Glasgow and the surrounding region. As a Mobile Drainage Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive drainage works across multiple client sites. You will carry out inspections, fault finding, blockage clearance, repairs and CCTV surveys while ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly and in line with contractual service levels. Working closely with clients, helpdesk teams and contract management, you'll ensure excellent service delivery whilst identifying opportunities for remedial works where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on drainage systems.
- Respond to reactive drainage breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
- Carry out high-pressure water jetting and mechanical blockage clearance.
- Diagnose drainage faults and identify root causes.
- Complete CCTV drainage surveys and inspections.
- Repair drainage systems, pipework and chambers.
- Undertake minor excavation and remedial drainage works.
- Inspect above and below ground drainage assets.
- Produce detailed service reports and recommendations.
- Prepare quotations for remedial works where required.
- Maintain accurate service records using CAFM systems.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service across all client sites.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience within the drainage industry.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience operating high-pressure water jetting equipment.
- Proven background carrying out drainage repairs and blockage clearance.
- Experience working within a mobile facilities maintenance environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
