Key Responsibilities
- Deliver M&E-led projects across retail and shopping centre environments
- Develop and grow your own project pipeline within the client portfolio
- Manage projects from initial opportunity and scoping through to completion
- Price works, manage budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Oversee programme, quality, health & safety and compliance
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify repeat work opportunities.
Ideal Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within Facilities Management or Building Services
- Strong background in M&E projects, with some fabric experience beneficial
- Experience delivering projects in retail, commercial or similar live environments
- Commercially aware, with the ability to develop, price and secure project work
- Confident managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
