Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced HVAC Engineers to join a growing engineering team supporting large-scale leisure and hospitality environments. This is a permanent position offering a stable Monday to Friday schedule with no call-out requirement. The role will involve carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and minor works across a range of HVAC and associated building services systems within a busy, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Complete reactive maintenance tasks in line with service level agreements.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately.
- Liaise with site teams and management to ensure high service delivery standards.
- Support continuous improvement and maintain high levels of customer service.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience working as an HVAC / Air Conditioning Engineer.
- F-Gas qualification.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Additional mechanical or electrical qualifications.
- Experience working within large commercial or leisure environments.
