Known for their strong internal culture, operational excellence, and commitment to development, they are now looking to add a Billing Coordinator to their growing finance team.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Billing Team Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring invoices, expenses, and job costs are processed accurately and efficiently. You will be the link between finance, engineers, suppliers, and clients - helping maintain smooth billing processes that support business growth. You will gain deep exposure to contract billing, financial systems, and operational workflows, making this an excellent stepping stone for anyone wanting to build a career in finance or commercial administration.
What You Will Be Doing
- Processing job-related invoices and expenses through CAFM/Job Management systems
- Progressing jobs to billing stage and resolving issues that delay invoicing
- Managing supplier and subcontractor queries to avoid disputes
- Generating client invoices with supporting documentation
- Reviewing engineer time entries and expense allocations
- Supporting timesheet exports and corrections
- Monitoring Work in Progress (WIP) and escalating billing blockers
- Responding to client billing queries
- Assisting with reporting, administration, and finance documentation
What We Are Looking For
- Strong Excel and general IT skills
- Good numeracy and attention to detail

- Experience using finance or job management systems (advantageous)
