Role: Data Centre Shift Technician
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, 6 on, 4 off, 4 on, 6 off. All shifts are 12 hour shifts. Mix of Days and Nights
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum

Trevett Services are currently searching for Shift Technicians on a permanent basis starting as soon as possible based in Farnborough with one of the UK's leading Global commercial real estate services & investment companies.
Duties:
- Assist with daily site inspections of Mechanical and Engineering systems and technical equipment.
- Complete PPM, servicing and reactive maintenance.
- React to BMS alarms and complete emergency repairs.
- Installation and modification of site electrical services.
- Operation and troubleshooting of emergency lighting, BMS, AC System, VAV, Split Systems, AHUs, Generators and other technical systems.
- Work with vendors to ensure compliance and regulations are being followed.
- Monitor work completed by subcontractors and flag any lack of performance.
- Check BMS alarm conditions and respond to HVAC related problems.
- Complete building walkthroughs and take meter readings from UPS and utilities.
- Fix plant faults and defects.
Requirements:
- Basic education with written and spoken English and basic Maths skills.
- Former experience in a Building Services environment.
- City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in Electrical or Maintenance fields.
- 18th Edition IEEHV Approved Person.
- Confined Space Training for when applicable.
- BMS Knowledge.
- Be physically fit to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg.
- Be able to present information clearly back to peers and management.
- Experienced with working in a critical environment / data center is ideal.
