Trevett Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a major programme of works within a large healthcare environment in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a significant chiller replacement project within a live and operational facility, managing the works from planning through to completion while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme delivery.

Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, maintaining programme milestones, managing project documentation and reporting, and ensuring works are delivered with minimal disruption to the operational environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects as a Project Manager.
  • Strong background in HVAC, plant replacement, chiller installations, or similar mechanical projects.
  • Experience managing projects within healthcare, hospital, or other live operational environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors, project programmes, and project budgets effectively.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety compliance and project governance.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are desirable.
