Trevett Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider, covering Manchester and the wider North West region. This is a mobile role supporting a portfolio of retail, fast food, and commercial sites, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (18th Edition) with additional experience in air conditioning and commercial gas systems, offering a well-rounded, multi-skilled approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
  • Service, fault find, and repair air conditioning systems (splits, VRV/VRF)
  • Perform maintenance and compliance checks on commercial gas systems
  • Undertake electrical maintenance, including fault finding and minor works
  • Respond to breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with SLA/KPI expectations
  • Accurately complete job reports and documentation
  • Liaise with clients and provide a high level of customer service
  • Support compliance with health & safety regulations at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • NVQ / City & Guilds in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • F-Gas / Air Conditioning qualification
  • Commercial Gas Tickets (COCN1 or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working within a mobile FM / building services role
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

  • Experience working within retail or fast food environments
  • Additional building services qualifications
