Trevella Jobs are currently looking to hire an Engineering Qaulity Inspector for one of our amazing clients! The client are a long-established world class manufacturing business that specialise in Machining, Thermal coating & Diamond grinding. The company are looking to recruit a Quality Inspector, the successful candidate must be fully timed served, Experience is required! Working in a world class facility. Clean relaxed environment with free refreshments. Working on day shift 08:00-16:30 (Monday to Friday) Principle Duties & Responsibilities • To ensure all customer supplied products are fully measured using Inspection techniques. • CMM Experience is beneficial with this position. • Non-Destructive Testing Experience is beneficial • Experience in machining processes essential • Understanding of Customer fully manufactured / Stage Inspection drawings & work scopes. • To ensure supplied product gives customer satisfaction. • For production of customer stipulated quality documentation and correct supply with processed items. • For ensuring that inspection and testing procedures have been adequately documented in accordance with Route Sheets, Quality Plans & Data cards. • Reporting all instances of NC and Liaising with Head of Quality & Quality Engineer • Documenting all Required Inspection Data and Reporting in correct manner. • For signing off Certificate of Conformity, Delivery Notes reports together with compilation of customer required documentary packages. • Maintain calibration for all measuring equipment • For ensuring that the unique identity and status of products handled is maintained • For working safely and following company safety codes.
