About Trevco

Trevco is a global e-commerce company bringing licensed products to customers worldwide—from apparel to accessories and beyond. Our portfolio includes major brands like Disney, Star Wars, Marvel, Netflix, and many more. We operate a fast-moving, multi-channel business:

  • D2C via global marketplaces
  • B2B wholesale partnerships
  • Print-on-demand production through a distributed network of partners
  • Global fulfillment using multiple logistics carriers

Our model is complex by design—built for scale, flexibility, and speed.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to own the day-to-day flow of orders across our ecosystem—from the moment an order is placed to final delivery. This is a high-impact individual contributor role at the center of our operations. You’ll work across systems, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything moving efficiently, solve issues quickly, and continuously improve how we operate.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-End Operations
    • Manage the full order lifecycle: ingestion → routing → production → shipping → delivery
    • Monitor daily operations and proactively resolve issues across systems and partners
    • Ensure orders move smoothly across marketplaces, printers, and carriers
  • Supplier & Carrier Management
    • Own relationships with print-on-demand partners and logistics carriers
    • Run regular performance calls and set clear agendas
    • Push for better pricing, faster turnaround times, and improved service levels
    • Hold partners accountable for delivery times and product quality
  • Performance & KPIs
    • Track and optimize key operational metrics across:
    • Marketplaces (delivery SLAs, cancellations, delays)
    • Printers (production times, defect rates, reliability)
    • Use data to identify issues and drive continuous improvements
  • Operational Finance Oversight
    • Keep high-level control of operational financial flows:
    • Ensure alignment between orders sold, produced, and delivered
    • Validate volumes for supplier billing
    • Support timely and accurate invoicing
    • Partner with finance to resolve discrepancies quickly
  • Systems, Integrations & Process Improvement
    • Act as the main stakeholder for operations-related systems and tooling
    • Lead onboarding and integration of new printers and carriers
    • Drive automation and streamline internal processes
    • Work closely with tech teams to improve workflows and scalability
    • Use NetSuite and other systems to ensure operational accuracy and visibility
  • Cross-Functional Execution
    • Lead operational initiatives across teams (tech, finance, commercial)
    • Own projects end-to-end—define requirements, drive execution, deliver outcomes
    • Be the go-to person when something breaks or needs improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or fulfillment
  • Strong experience in marketplace-driven or D2C environments
  • Background working with external vendors (manufacturers, 3PLs, carriers, etc.)
  • Experience managing complex, multi-partner operations
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data and KPIs daily
  • Solid technical aptitude: Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Comfortable working with integrations, workflows, and system logic
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High ownership mindset—you take responsibility and get things done

Nice to Have

  • Experience with print-on-demand or on-demand production models
  • Familiarity with major marketplaces (Amazon, Zalando, etc.)
  • Exposure to international shipping and multi-carrier setups

Why This Role

  • You’ll sit at the core of a globally distributed operation
  • You’ll have real ownership and the ability to shape how things work
  • You’ll work on complex, non-trivial problems—no two days are the same
  • You’ll directly impact customer experience and operational performance
