As part of our strategic growth plans, we are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join our highly regarded Corporate Team, based in our Southampton office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality, complex transactions from day one, with exposure to a diverse client base that includes local businesses, regional enterprises, and national household brands.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ-2 PQE solicitor to take on high-quality work in a well-regarded team. You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of corporate matters, including:
- Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision, while supporting senior team members on larger transactions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times.
- Playing an active role in business development and marketing initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a solicitor with:
- Up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience within corporate law.
- A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge.
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
