As part of our strategic growth plans, we are seeking an experienced 4–7 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our highly regarded Commercial Litigation Team, based in either our Southampton or Bournemouth office.

The Role
We are looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join our growing Commercial Litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious matters and to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a wide variety of commercial disputes, including contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, and insolvency-related matters.
- Handling your own caseload and supporting partners on more complex or high-value litigation.
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and evidence for court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
- Engaging in client relationship management and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as appropriate, particularly at the Senior Associate level.

- Qualified solicitor with 4–7 years PQE in commercial litigation, ideally gained at a well-regarded firm.
- Strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
