About Us: As part of our strategic growth plans, we are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join our highly regarded Corporate Team, based in either our Southampton or Bournemouth office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality, complex transactions from day one, with exposure to a diverse client base that includes local businesses, regional enterprises, and national household brands.

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4–6 years’ PQE to take on high-quality work in a well-regarded team. You will handle a varied and interesting caseload of corporate matters, including:

  • Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
  • Managing your own caseload, while supporting senior team members on larger transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service at all times.
  • Playing an active role in business development and marketing initiatives.

About You: We are looking for a solicitor with:

  • 4–6 years’ post‑qualification experience within corporate law.
  • A strong academic background and solid technical knowledge.
  • Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.
  • An established network of referrers or the ability to bring clients would be highly attractive.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
