We serve clients in electronics, aerospace, automotive, cleanrooms, logistics, and life sciences. As part of our continued investment in regional growth, we are hiring a dedicated Field Sales Representative to manage and grow accounts across the North of England.
As the Sales Manager for the North, you’ll be the face of Treston for our northern customers and prospects. Your focus will be on winning new direct sales, nurturing distributor relationships, and delivering solutions that drive productivity, compliance, and operational efficiency for our clients. You'll be supported by marketing, inside sales, and the customer service team.
- Win and grow direct client accounts across electronics, logistics, cleanroom, and aerospace sectors
- Conduct client visits, product demos, and technical surveys
- Work alongside Inside Sales and Marketing to convert leads
- Maintain pipeline activity via Salesforce
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years’ field sales experience in technical/industrial B2B sectors
- Strong CRM skills and autonomous territory planning
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel 3–4 days/week
