About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Store Manager to drive performance and customer experience in our Location store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Profit Growth – Maximize turnover and profitability through strong commercial awareness.
  • Customer Experience – Lead from the front to deliver outstanding service.
  • Staff Training & Development – Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Visual Merchandising – Ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
  • Stock & Inventory Management – Oversee stock levels to optimize availability and minimize shrinkage.
  • Security & Loss Prevention – Maintain store security and reduce stock loss.

What We’re Looking For:

We need a proactive, results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. If you have a proven track record in store management, excellent commercial acumen, and strong team leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Ideal Candidate:

  • Retail Store Management Experience – Preferably in outdoor, sports, or fashion retail.
  • Commercial & KPI Focused – Ability to analyse sales data and respond effectively.
  • Customer-Centric Approach – Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong People Management Skills – Ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ability to multitask and manage daily operations.
