About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Store Manager to drive performance and customer experience in our Location store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Profit Growth β Maximize turnover and profitability through strong commercial awareness.
- Customer Experience β Lead from the front to deliver outstanding service.
- Staff Training & Development β Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Visual Merchandising β Ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
- Stock & Inventory Management β Oversee stock levels to optimize availability and minimize shrinkage.
- Security & Loss Prevention β Maintain store security and reduce stock loss.
