Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview
With a service-oriented mind-set and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom, EU and Canada. You will be the first point of contact for any stock related issues. You will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the operation so being collaborative is essential.

What does a typical day sound like?
- You will offer retail stores fast, consistent and high-quality support
- You will carry out stock take investigations and formatting data via excel
- You will be responsible for updating stock batch records.
- You will support with stock control issues. Ie. Discrepancies, uniform allocations, thefts
- You will record transfer discrepancies.
- You will input uniform stock adjustments.
- You will allocate expense codes.
- You will record any theft issues.
- You will carry out filing and any general administration tasks.
- Exporting information from the till system and formatting within excel
- Plus any other ad-hoc things within the Retail Support team.
