About the Role
This is a full-time Store Manager role where you call the shots on performance, standards, and customer experience at Peebles.
You're the driving force behind the team, the numbers, and everything that happens on the shop floor, day in and day out.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sales & profit growth – push turnover and profitability with sharp commercial instinct
- Customer experience – lead from the front and make every visit count
- Staff training & development – recruit, coach, and build a team that performs
- Visual merchandising – keep the store looking sharp, always
- Stock & inventory management – stay on top of stock to maximise availability and cut shrinkage
- Security & loss prevention – protect the store and keep losses down
