Role Overview
Trespass have identified the need to appoint a Personal Assistant to work within our PA team. As one of the PA’s, you will work as a valued member of the team supporting several of our Directors in assisting with office duties as and where required.

What does a typical day sound like?
- You will be responsible for managing Directors calendars, identifying diary clashes and scheduling requirements.
- You will liaise with external businesses to arrange meetings and distribute agenda/papers where necessary.
- You will be responsible for taking minutes in meetings.
- You will be expected to maintain a close awareness of confidentiality policies and sensitivities when handling business.
- You will also be responsible for taking and making telephone calls on behalf of the Directors.
- Active file management both physical and electronic.
- You will assist in booking and managing travel arrangements for the Directors and staff members as required.

- Confident in communicating with internal and external parties
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
