IT Helpdesk Analyst - Service Desk - 1st Line Support

IT Support Analyst Role Profile Reports to: Head of IT Location: Glasgow, office based 5 hours per week (In accordance with a rota schedule) Due to continuing expansion, we are looking to recruit a talented individual to work within our IT Support team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will work as a valued member of the IT Support team and support all aspects of the business such as stores, warehouses and office staff. You will also work on projects to facilitate technological improvements. Do you have experience in supporting Microsoft technologies in a busy commercial environment? Are you proficient in working with hardware and software?
