Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Sales Representative for France to grow sales in the market by targeting new/key accounts and provide the necessary support to the field sales agents, who are based both here in Scotland and in France. The successful candidate will become the point of contact for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities, to maximise their performance, and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business and prospects.
- Maintaining existing accounts.
- Ensuring customer retention and building strong relationships.
- Setting up and maintaining customer records.
- Supporting senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
- Dispatching orders, including preparation of any necessary export paperwork.
- Handling all customer and agent queries.
- Monitoring and organising inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
- Contributing to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
- Maintaining organised sales records and reporting month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Fluency in French.
- Experience in a similar role.
