We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field Retail teams. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Are you customer focused with fluent English language skills, both verbal and written? Do you have the ability to work in a flexible environment and under pressure? Are you a self-starter who is able to use initiative to run projects and tasks on their own, without direct supervision?
- You will support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
- You will be responsible for handling all customer and agent queries.
- You will monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
- You will contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
- You will maintain organised sales records.
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales co-ordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus. Good computer skills (MS office) and good Microsoft Excel skills are required. Ability to speak another language would be an advantage.
