Location: Glasgow, office based

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Sales Coordinator, to provide the necessary administration support to the field Retail teams. The successful candidate will become the point of contact for colleagues and customers alike, by processing orders and providing feedback, documentation and information. Attention to detail is required. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximise their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.

What does a typical day sound like?

  • You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining customer records
  • You will support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
  • You will dispatch orders, including preparation of any necessary export paperwork
  • You will be responsible for handling all customer and agent queries
  • You will monitor and organise inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
  • You will contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
  • You will maintain organised sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
