Role Overview
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery and optimisation of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and commercial growth across our digital channels.
Working closely with teams across Ecommerce, Creative, Buying and Merchandising, you'll help deliver integrated marketing activity spanning email, website, social media, partnerships and other digital channels.
From coordinating campaigns and creating compelling content to analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, you'll be involved in every stage of the marketing journey.

What does a typical day look like?
- Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, website, social media and other digital channels in line with the marketing calendar.
- Create engaging, customer‑focused marketing content and copy that reflects our brand tone of voice and supports campaign objectives.
- Build and manage email campaigns, customer journeys, audience segmentation and personalisation within our marketing platforms.
- Coordinate the delivery of marketing assets, ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, on time and to a consistently high standard.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve engagement, conversion and return on investment.
- Use A/B testing, audience segmentation and performance data to continually optimise marketing activity and enhance the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with Ecommerce, Creative, Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial priorities and product launches.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional events and brand initiatives across multiple channels.
- Ensure all marketing content is accurate, brand compliant and delivers a consistent customer experience across every touchpoint.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, consumer behaviour, emerging technologies and industry best practice, bringing new ideas and opportunities to the team.
