Role Overview
As the Head of Ecommerce, you will lead our online business across the Trespass and Nevisport websites, marketplaces, and international channels. You will oversee our Trading, Performance Marketing, Merchandising, Content Marketing, Optimisation (SEO, GEO), Marketplace, Development, BI, Customer Service and Photography teams as well as reporting directly to the company owners/Directors.
You will be responsible for delivering revenue growth, optimising the customer experience, and have full ownership of digital trading performance. Additionally, you will demonstrate operational excellence across our ecommerce platforms and marketplace channels. What does a typical day look like?
- You will be responsible for Trespass and Nevisport Ecommerce websites including Trading, Website Merchandising, Tech Platform Ownership (Adobe Commerce, Rithum).
- Lead Amazon strategy across 1P and 3P.
- Manage a team of over 35 people and co-ordinate with external service providers.
- Oversee UK and International Marketplace Strategy.
- Manage trading calendar and ecommerce metrics, as well as courier management.
- Drive UX, CRO, and website development to enhance customer experience.
- Responsibility over forecasting, budgeting, and product planning for online exclusives and Amazon 1P.
- Ensure PCI compliance, website security (including WAF), and domain estate management.

About You
- Prior experience in a senior ecommerce or digital trading role.
- Confident leading cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience in managing platforms, marketplaces, and international trading.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-driven tools to optimise customer journeys – e.g. personalisation engines, predictive analytics, or dynamic pricing algorithms.
- Ability to interpret machine learning insights from recommendation systems, search optimisation models, and customer segmentation tools to inform merchandising and content strategies.
