As Ecommerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our global ecommerce channels. You’ll be responsible for supporting the creation, publishing and optimisation of digital content across our online platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, creating, and scheduling social media and email campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal activity.
- Managing email calendars, building campaigns, and ensuring messaging aligns with wider marketing and commercial priorities.
- Writing and editing copy for emails, social posts, ads, and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Reporting on campaign performance and KPIs (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversion), sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Testing and optimising campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and content experimentation.
- Keeping up to date with social and email best practices, platform changes, and new opportunities to improve performance.
