Role Overview: As Ecommerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our global ecommerce channels. You’ll be responsible for supporting the creation, publishing and optimisation of digital content across our online platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on experience in ecommerce marketing while contributing to the growth of a successful and well-known brand. - Are you confident planning, managing, and optimising social media and email marketing campaigns?
- Do you have a strong interest in paid and organic social, email marketing, and how these channels drive ecommerce performance?
- Can you write engaging, on-brand copy for social posts, ads, and email campaigns?
- Do you have a good working knowledge of email platforms, social media tools, Google Analytics and Microsoft Office, especially Excel?
- Do you pride yourself on attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment?
- Are you proactive, a strong communicator, and comfortable working with multiple teams across the business?
What does a typical day look like?
- Planning, creating, and scheduling social media and email campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal activity.
- Managing email calendars, building campaigns, and ensuring messaging aligns with wider marketing and commercial priorities.
- Writing and editing copy for emails, social posts, ads, and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Reporting on campaign performance and KPIs (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversion), sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Testing and optimising campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and content experimentation.
- Keeping up to date with social and email best practices, platform changes, and new opportunities to improve performance.
