Role Overview

As Ecommerce Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of our global ecommerce channels. You’ll be responsible for supporting the creation, publishing and optimisation of digital content across our online platforms.

  • Are you confident planning, managing, and optimising social media and email marketing campaigns?
  • Do you have a strong interest in paid and organic social, email marketing, and how these channels drive ecommerce performance?
  • Can you write engaging, on‑brand copy for social posts, ads, and email campaigns?
  • Do you have a good working knowledge of email platforms, social media tools, Google Analytics and Microsoft Office, especially Excel?
  • Do you pride yourself on attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment?
  • Are you proactive, a strong communicator, and comfortable working with multiple teams across the business?

What does a typical day look like?

  • Planning, creating, and scheduling social media and email campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal activity.
  • Managing email calendars, building campaigns, and ensuring messaging aligns with wider marketing and commercial priorities.
  • Writing and editing copy for emails, social posts, ads, and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Reporting on campaign performance and KPIs (open rates, CTR, engagement, conversion), sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Testing and optimising campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and content experimentation.
  • Keeping up to date with social and email best practices, platform changes, and new opportunities to improve performance.
