Tresco Island is looking for couples or friends willing to share a room in Chef and Front of House roles. Tresco is more than just a workplace; it’s a remarkable setting for an unforgettable adventure, located 28 miles off the Cornish coast in the Isles of Scilly. With roles across our Food and Beverage departments, working here is your chance to develop your skills while immersing yourself in the stunning natural beauty of the Isles of Scilly.
Salary: From £13.90 per hour, dependent on experience (Chef Roles) From £12.75 per hour, dependent on experience (Front of House)
Hours: 40-50 hours per week, with 2 days off
Contract Length: Seasonal, March - October

Chefs - We’re seeking talented and passionate Chefs de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen teams on Tresco Island and at the 3 AA Rosette Hell Bay Hotel for the 2025 season. You’ll work with the finest fresh produce to prepare and cook high-quality dishes that reflect our reputation for outstanding cuisine. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you’ll ensure every plate meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the development of exciting new dishes, bringing creativity and flair to a menu that evolves with the seasons. If you’re a driven chef with a love for fresh ingredients and a desire to grow your skills in a professional, fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.
Front of House - We’re seeking warm, professional, and guest-focused Front of House Assistants to join our hospitality team. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the face of the guest experience—welcoming visitors with genuine warmth, handling enquiries and billing with precision, and ensuring every visit is smooth, memorable, and stress-free. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling tasks with confidence while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
