Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our customers.

You will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, managing customer accounts from enquiry through to completion, and ensuring clients receive maximum value from our services.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to be based at our Stevenage site!If you are passionate about ensuring your clients receive the highest level of service and building long-lasting relationships this could be the role for you!About the Role Key Responsibilities Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with allocated customer accounts.

Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email.

Provide customers with regular order updates.

Promote Trescal services and identify opportunities to grow accounts.

Support customers using the customer online portal.

Coordinate workflows to meet customer deadlines.

Review customer documentation in line with quality procedures.

Prepare and issue quotations accurately.

Collaborate with Laboratory, Logistics, Sales and other departments.

Support office administration and reception as required.

Undertake other duties appropriate to the role.
