As an Internal Sales Team Leader your task will be to proactively increase sales of calibration and asset management services through inbound and outbound calls to existing, lapsed and new customers including cold calling. In addition, you will be responsible for quoting all website related enquiries for new clients and following these up until successfully closed.
As a Team Leader, you will work alongside the UK & ROI Sales Manager to drive the Internal Sales team, ensuring the day to day responsibilities are carried out efficiently. In addition, you will create and maintain a motivating culture within your team.

- A technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about the company’s product offering.
- Ideally you will have sold a technical product or service previously in engineering, industrial, aerospace, medical, automotive or manufacturing sectors.
- You will be customer-focused with a passion for first class service.
- The ability to build relationships.
- Previous experience of using a CRM system is advantageous.
- The ability and desire to drive your team to achieve deadlines and sales targets.

Roles and Responsibility:
- As an Internal Sales Team Leader, you will focus on 3 areas for your defined region: Lapsed customers, New customers, Website enquiries for all new customers.
- Create quotations according to client requirements.
- Effectively deal with enquiries from customers requesting quotations, pricing and product information.
- Utilise the CRM system to proactively chase open quotes and opportunities.
- Delegation of work load.
- Continuous coaching and management of the Inside Sales Team.
- Reporting of weekly/monthly KPIs.
- Continuous development of reporting functions.
- Sharing of best practices.
- Support of ongoing acquisitions & merger of processes.
