As an on-site Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for building long‑lasting relationships with our customers by delivering exceptional customer service and maximising customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing all customer inquiries and helping to resolve issues. In addition, you will manage the booking in and out process of customer assets and co‑ordinate onsite calibrations ensuring the company meets all contracted service levels and KPI’s.
