Key Account Manager

About the RoleJoining our team as a Key Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of allocated clients, making sure they receive the highest level of service and the full benefit of our calibration services. You will: • Manage, grow and retain your portfolio of key accounts • Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with your clients at every level • Identify and convert growth opportunities, delivering against growth targets across your portfolio • Respond promptly to all client enquiries, and create and lead RFQ, RFI and tender responses • Work closely with Account Managers and Operations teams across the UK to deliver a joined-up service Benefits Competitive salary Continuous development and training plan 25 days holiday and the option to buy/sell days Flexible working options Access to the Trescal PerksHub Employee well-being programme Medical Health Cash Plan Pension and Life Assurance Scheme Cycle to work scheme Gym membership discounts Requirements Minimum of two years’ experience in key account management or a similar field Knowledge of the calibration market would be an advantage Must have excellent analytical, numerical and organizational skills with verbal, written persuasion and presentation skills, and be detail orientated Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point is essential Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with all internal departments Proven excellence in negotiation skills Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously Full Driving license
