About the Role
- Manage Quality and H&S commitments in line with AIRBUS contract requirements at embedded Broughton Site liaising with supporting Trescal sites and sub contractors as required.
- Manage the Customer Quality process:
- Ensure QMS procedures are valid, appropriate, utilised by relevant staff and reviewed within agreed periodicity.
- Initiate responses to any NC’s raised within the specified KPI.
- Lead NC & RCA investigations and update/communicate with customer on a regular basis.
- Create and manage closure of NC’s ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner and effectiveness of solutions is reviewed.
- Monitor and advise Team Leaders/Ops Managers on Quality records/documents that are out of date.
- Maintain employee training records on Quality Portal Control ILC and cross check completion.
- Accident Investigation:
- Point of first contact in local QHSE team when accident occurs, report to customer and Trescal.
- Manage accident investigation and reporting to customer and to appropriate Trescal staff.
- Ensure suitable coverage of capability and competence within Trescal Team.
- Manage closure of actions raised with supporting plans as required.
- Manage the follow up on Near Misses and Hazards reported.
- Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, COSHH, PUWER and DSE with site Operations management.
