Responsibilities
- Build and set up servers (WDS)
- Conduct server upgrades
- Manage patching for all critical and high vulnerabilities within 14 days of discovery
- Provide 3rd line helpdesk support as needed
- Manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers and contractors
- Provide network and server support for all UK & ROI sites, including unplanned travel
- Plan and manage projects
- Occasionally perform other tasks within capabilities, with necessary training provided

Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2008R2 - 2025
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Experience with Dell PowerEdge Servers
- Administration and replication in Hyper-V environment
- Basic network switch configuration (HP/Aruba)
- Basic knowledge of Firewall (Fortinet)
- Experience in server upgrades and setup (WDS)
- Knowledge of Office 365 (CoreView)
- Familiarity with Veritas NetBackup
- Experience with EDR - SentinelOne
- Proficiency in Endpoint Management - Tanium
- Familiarity with MFA - OKTA
- Understanding of vulnerability scanning - Qualys VMDR
- Experience managing 3rd party suppliers and contractors
- Project planning experience
- Cyber certification (Cyber Essentials) experience or similar
