We are seeking a hardworking and proficient Goods in person (Full time) to work in our calibration laboratory in Harrogate. We calibrate, repair and service all types of electrical and mechanical instrumentation for a wide variety of industries, including Railway, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Health Care, and Aeronautical.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing of goods in, including matching up paperwork
- Processing of “Goods Out” and completing relevant paperwork
- Organisation of stock received from suppliers and allocation to instruments
- Liaising with external offices, labs & dispatch to ensure deliveries go out within the agreed time frame
- Checking of consignments to ensure all units are present & correct and have the relevant documentation
- Booking in of customers' instruments on our tracking system
