PURPOSE OF THE POST
Now in its fourth year, Trent View College is seeking to appoint a Vice Principal to increase the leadership capacity and support the delivery of the College's aspirational Academy Development Plan.
The successful candidate will promote and ensure high quality teaching and learning throughout the setting, aligning this with effective and focused staff development.

- Are experienced in school leadership and understand the importance of culture and wellbeing within educational settings.
Your role will be to model outstanding practice in the classroom, to support, guide, and develop the practice of colleagues and trainees in partnership with Academy Senior Leaders, to innovate, explore, research, refine and define quality teaching and learning in our Academies. You will be an exemplar of good practice and a leader of joint-practice development.
