We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join our growing estate agency in a flexible-hours role, supporting front-end property activity and local business development. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys property, working with people, and wants to build towards long-term business ownership alongside paid work.

Working Pattern & Pay

  • Hours: 4 hours per week
  • Working pattern: Flexible hours (to suit availability and business needs)
  • Uncapped Bonus: £700+ for every completed sale you are involved in

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead generation by professionally engaging with potential vendors
  • Supporting property viewings and valuations
  • Helping grow local market presence and instructions
  • Building relationships within the local community
  • Supporting property marketing and presentation
  • Managing and supporting one direct report as the business scales
  • Working closely with the owner and wider support team
  • All sales progression, compliance, administration, and back-office activity are handled centrally.

Earnings & Income Streams

  • In addition to the hourly pay and sales bonuses, the business benefits from multiple income streams that the role can contribute to:
  • In-house mortgage services (£200 per successful referral)
  • In-house conveyancing (£100 to £200 per successful referral)
  • Property sourcing activity for investors (bespoke fee)
  • Investment-led opportunities, where appropriate, alongside the business

Path to Equity Partnership

This role offers a clear route to equity partnership for the right individual. The business owner is seeking a long-term partner and has put in place a staged equity progression model, where ownership increases over time as agreed performance and contribution milestones are met. The intent is for this progression to move meaningfully toward a position of substantial shared ownership, subject to performance, mutual alignment, and formal agreement. Equity will be earned in tiered stages over time based on clearly defined business targets.
