About Us
The Equestrian Centre at Trent Park is a vibrant, professional riding school for London and the Home Counties as well as a British Horse Society Equestrian Centre of Excellence. From group and individual riding lessons and equestrian courses to livery facilities, we have something to suit everyone, whatever their age and riding ability. Established for over 40 years, we are a British Horse Society approved training centre up to BHS intermediate level with examination status to BHS II. Based in North London, we are easily accessible via the Piccadilly Line.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, providing excellent customer service.
- Booking Management: Scheduling lessons for clients using our online booking system, ensuring accurate and timely bookings.
- Administrative Support: Maintaining and updating client records, managing invoices, and processing payments.
- Coordination: Assisting with the organisation of events and activities, liaising with instructors and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies, and assisting with stock management related to the riding school.
- Report Preparation: Compiling and generating reports for management, including client feedback, financials, and operational insights.
- General Office Duties: Filing, data entry, and ensuring the office area is tidy and functional.
Requirements
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a riding school or similar environment is desirable. Familiarity with ECPro is a strong advantage.
