The predicted salary is between 31400 - 46400 £ per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of an effective, customer focused, value for money Voids repairs service in both occupied and vacant properties. You will be responsible for site supervision of work in progress and liaison with all trade operatives, sub-contractors and customers for the effective delivery of the works, you will therefore have the ability to manage and motivate a team of trade operatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills and have the ability to liaise with internal teams and contractors where appropriate.
- Excellent IT Skills
- The proven ability in a target driven environment, whilst keeping the customer at the fore.
- Be proactive and have a ‘can do’ approach.
- The ability to risk assess the workplace and work activities to ensure the safety of others.
- Have a relevant trade qualification to City & Guilds or equivalent to level 3 standards or HNC/HND or equivalent in Building or other acceptable subject.
- Hold a full driving licence.
