Role Summary

This post will be the first point of contact within our Tenancy Sustainment team and will be responsible for completing assessments, managing the waiting list, keeping regular contact with tenants and providing low level support where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the allocation of referrals in accordance with the needs of the tenant.
  • Maintain and manage the waiting list.
  • Provide regular communication with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Offer low-level support as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Relevant experience in administration.
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and IT skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness of
