The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 £ per year.

We are looking for a highly motivated person who is a team player to join our Supported Housing Team. This post offers an excellent opportunity to play a key role in providing a person-centred approach to support clients moving on from shared accommodation/supported housing to independent living. This is an excellent opportunity to work with clients who need support and encouragement to enhance their future wellbeing for them to sustain their tenancies.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Develop positive relationships and influence key partner agencies and stakeholders to provide a holistic, co-ordinated support service and support clients to work toward having a good quality of life.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, external agencies and clients verbally and in writing.
  • Organise and motivate clients.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret information whilst working independently.

A full driving licence and vehicle are essential for this post.
