Trent & Dove is seeking a Lettings Team Leader to provide day-to-day leadership of the Lettings Service and to lead a team of Lettings Officers. The role focuses on improving void turnaround, customer experience, compliance and service improvements across the lettings function.
You will work closely with Housing, Repairs, Voids and partner organisations to ensure homes are let efficiently and customers have a positive experience within a supportive community.
