As the IT & Digital Transformation Programme Lead, you will play the pivotal role in leading the continued development and execution of our IT transformation strategy to improve efficiency, service delivery, data excellence and all customer and stakeholder expectations. You will be part of an early team, ensure flexibility and a hands‑on approach, and build your own team.

We are looking for an individual who has developed into a senior role implementing and managing transformation and is ready to continue the development of our applications to meet the needs of our colleagues and customers. A technical background is essential to handle initial hands‑on work as you build your team.

Skills Should Include:

  • Proven Senior Management Experience in IT Transformation
  • Excellent Project Management skills
  • Strong collaborative communications skills
  • Technical experience and skills with systems including D365/CRM (including the use of Canvas Apps)
  • Self‑Serve Portals providing a user interface into D365/CRM
  • Using data sources to pull into and support Power BI to replace other business reporting methods
  • SharePoint
  • Continued expansion of and integration to/from other off‑shelf Applications
