The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of an effective, customer focused, value for money Voids repairs service in both occupied and vacant properties. You will be responsible for site supervision of work in progress and liaison with all trade operatives, sub-contractors and customers for the effective delivery of the works; you will therefore have the ability to manage and motivate a team of trade operatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal teams and contractors where appropriate.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Proven ability to be target driven while keeping the customer at the front.
- Be proactive and have a ‘can do’ approach.
- Ability to risk assess the workplace and work activities to ensure the safety of others.
- Relevant trade qualification to City & Guilds or equivalent to level 3 standards or HNC/HND or equivalent in Building or other acceptable subject.
- Hold a full driving licence.
