We are looking for a highly motivated person who is a team player to join our Supported Housing Team. This role involves providing a person‑centred approach to supporting clients moving on from shared accommodation or into supported housing to independent living, helping them sustain their tenancies and improve their wellbeing. The role is based in East Staffordshire, South Derbyshire, and North West Leicestershire.

Responsibilities

  • Develop positive relationships and influence key partner agencies and stakeholders to provide a holistic, coordinated support service and help clients work towards a good quality of life.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, external agencies and clients verbally and in writing.
  • Organise and motivate clients.
  • Gather, analyse and interpret information while working independently.
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle (essential for this post).
