We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with a strong interest in organisational development and learning. This is a great opportunity to help shape and deliver our training and development offer—supporting colleagues to thrive and enabling the organisation to deliver its strategic priorities.
What you’ll do:
- Working closely with managers, stakeholders and the wider HR team, you will provide high-quality HR advice while playing a key role in identifying, delivering and evaluating learning and development activity across the organisation.
- Source and manage external providers where needed, ensuring value for money and quality delivery.
- Evaluate learning impact and assess return on investment—using feedback, data and outcomes to continuously improve our offer.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a HR generalist role, with hands-on facilitation and delivery of training and development activity.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to analyse learning needs, use data to evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management—able to influence, challenge constructively and build trusted relationships.
- Organised and pragmatic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work within budgets.
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
