Overview
Tenancy Sustainment Coordinator — Trent & Dove Housing, Burton upon Trent, DE14/DE13.
Contract: Temporary post (covering maternity leave) – full time. 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact within the Tenancy Sustainment team.
- Complete assessments and manage the waiting list.
- Maintain regular contact with tenants and provide low‑level support where necessary.
- Coordinate the allocation of referrals in accordance with the needs of the tenant.
- Utilise relevant administration experience to support team operations.
- Demonstrate high organisation, prioritisation of tasks, excellent customer service and IT skills.
- Apply strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications and desirable skills
- Relevant experience in administration and coordination within housing or welfare services.
- Awareness of housing and support services, safeguarding of adults and children legislation, policies and best practice.
- Basic knowledge of welfare benefits.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise effectively.
