Role Overview

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated team player to support our Tenancy Sustainment Team to continue to deliver a first‑class service to our tenants.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with tenants who need extra support and encouragement to sustain their tenancies.

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will work with the tenant to complete a person‑centred support package, liaise with external agencies to coordinate support, provide a single point of contact, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can remain calm in challenging situations, has a positive outlook, is assertive yet empathetic, and can remain impartial when dealing with a range of sensitive issues within a home or family environment.

Excellent networking skills and the ability to work independently are required.

A background in social care, homelessness, or working within the social housing sector or similar is desirable, and a comprehensive training package will be provided.

A good knowledge of the welfare benefit system is essential.

A full driving licence, a vehicle, and an enhanced DBS check are essential for this post.
