Trent & Dove Housing is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to lead a team of operatives, apprentices and subcontractors in delivering a responsive repairs service across our housing stock. You will supervise daily operations, manage performance, coach staff and ensure work is completed safely and to high standards.
You will work with Property Services colleagues to plan resources, meet customer expectations and resolve issues, acting as a key point of contact for residents.
